This multipart resin kit builds a Get off the Road diorama, a wonderfully crafted piece to brighten your display shelves. Depicting a memorable scene from Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Ring™, we see the four Hobbits – Frodo, Sam, Pippin, and Merry – crouching under roots, while a Ringwraith, one of Sauron’s most faithful servants, searches for the One Ring. It’s the first time the Hobbits encounter just what they’re up against, and a chilling point in the story.

As a diorama, the detail in this kit is superb, capturing the signature character designs from the films. It includes a built-in plinth with vegetation and roots spilling over the edges. The plinth has been cleverly designed to separate at the rear, allowing you to remove the Ringwraith, who is built on a scenic base to match the ground, and use him in the Middle-earth Strategy Battle Game in your Barad-dûr and Mordor armies if you choose.

This highly detailed kit comprises 14 resin components, and comes with a Citadel 40mm Round Base and a Citadel 80mm Round Base. This diorama is supplied unpainted and requires assembly – we recommend using Citadel Colour paints.

This resin modelling kit is not a toy – it is a collectible item and construction should only be undertaken by expert Warhammer hobbyists aged 15 years and over. Some preparation and cleaning will be required prior to painting. Small areas of flash and mould lines will need to be filed or sanded, and larger casting gates will need to be removed before construction.
